Father Christmas on The Green 2019

The rain did not stop the crowds coming to The Green on Saturday to see Santa's arrival by sleigh and enjoy a mulled wine and delicious sausage roll made by our Village Bakery.

As the rain was falling, the Blend Choir's energy and smiles singing their Christmas repertoire enchanted us all. After that the crowd dispersed and enjoyed a chat with friends and neighbours over a glass or two in The Wooburn Club.

All funds raised during the event go to support the Christmas tree with its dazzling lights and the lights around The Green.
